When our two dogs are playing, one always bites and chews the other's ears. The recipient doesn't seem to mind, but we do. We spray this on the recipient's ears (around the edges only) and it does a very good job of preventing their sibling from biting their ears. I'm not sure if the recipient likes it because every time they have access to the bottle they take it outside and try to destroy it. We've learned to be more careful about where we put it. We're lucky that our puppies love to get rid of their urge to chew on the right toys, so we didn't have to use them for anything other than their ears. If we go out we will definitely buy more.
