I bought the replacement strap in January due to a strange allergic reaction to the official Samsung strap. I chose this after reading many different reviews and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the supposed "non-brand" strap. It feels much better than the official one. I've been wearing it every day since I bought it and decided to get a few different colors so I can switch them up from time to time. In the end when the new straps arrived I noticed that the little tab you use to remove the strap kind of fell off. The metal post was still in place, but the lack of a small metal tab made it impossible to remove the tape. I emailed the company about the issue to let them know what happened and to see if they have any suggestions for removing the belt. I found out before they got back to me (I used a sewing needle to stick it in the hole to the left of the missing metal tab and that was how I was able to pull the needle out). However, the seller replied within 24 hours. They were very apologetic and wanted me to take a picture of the problem so they could use it in future QA testing and also offered me a free replacement. They stand behind their products so please buy with confidence if you are looking for a different bracelet than the original. Previously ordered in January and one of the straps broke (the stand holding the watch broke and got stuck). The seller promptly sent a replacement and wanted pictures of the problem so they could be sure to quality check it in the future. Great item and great seller!
