I have ordered this item twice. The second time the iPhone grip started rattling and loosening. The grip released my phone multiple times and eventually the impact caused over $200 worth of damage to my iPhone's screen. I was on the verge of not hitting a kid and dumping my bike and I thought that affected the instability of my first mount. I replaced the bracket only to have similar issues. There is a ledge where the hex nut is. This will prevent you from tightening the mount causing your phone to rattle and bounce. Update: The damage my phone took resulted in water damage and I was forced to update my phone before I was ready for it. Now that my investment in a new phone is at stake I had to replace this mount. But the protruding edge won't let the allen wrench grab it. I had no choice but to drill a hole and remove a bit. Whoever came up with this should be beaten with sticks.
