I have ordered this item twice. The second time the iPhone grip started rattling and loosening. The grip released my phone multiple times and eventually the impact caused over $200 worth of damage to my iPhone's screen. I can't find any complaints about the main product with this example. It is well constructed with good tolerances. Add-ons like the silicone holder and pads are more of an afterthought, although they show a desire to meet customer needs. I use this device on an old road bike with 25.4mm (1 inch) handlebars. DO NOT rely solely on the tension of this clip to hold your phone to a bike or motorcycle. I noticed that my phone no longer vibrates on a motorcycle (Kawasaki Ninja 500). Also note how short the 4 "fingers" are on this phone clip. They are not deep at all, so you'd better have a VERY flat phone case if you want to use that. If you're willing to either take your phone out of a case or use a thin silicone case, this is a really good phone mount. The finger angle is just right for my iPhone X and can work with thicker phones. They give you sticky finger gum that works great but I don't know how long the gum will last.
