This product does not and cannot work. When you unclog your drain with this product, your drain will not be clogged. If you pull this cable through the pipe until you reach an obstruction, whether it's a blockage or an irregular shape in the pipe, the cable will get caught in it. The cable is then twisted into a tube and you push more and more cable in, creating a very stable spring. Now just press the spring. Deep inside the tube you have created an elastic spring and are pushing it up and down. It will never clear the pipe. The little metal tube that comes with the kit does nothing. If the tube and screw have a purpose, that purpose is lost due to the crappy design. If you don't want the legs and feet of a tightly tied cable violently untangling in your face and ending up snaking through your bathroom, this product isn't for you.
