4.5 plus extra for Made in USA

I love these bags. They feel just as good as the famous national brand bags I buy. I would give them 4.5 because I want them to be over standard width and very tall. This is a personal matter based on how I use it. I'm sure others like a good latitude. But I give the product more because it's made in America, a country with environmental and safety standards.
