Prepare to tear every bag

I bought these 4-6 gallon (they're definitely only 4 gallons) strong (they aren't) garbage bags for a small kitchen paper basket that holds 6 gallons. None of them stretch to conform to the rim without tearing on the sides. The shipping method is folded, each pack is connected by a poorly perforated strip that you have to tear apart. Each of them fails to follow the line and eventually breaks one of the two connected packages. The best thing you can do with these garbage bags is throw them in the trash.
