I bought these to replace some of the aquarium lights in my 55 gallon freshwater tank. The headlights, which were mounted on the hood, corroded and quickly failed. I bought these because they advertise water resistance and compatibility with an existing power supply. The glue is a 3M product and seems to be good. A few sealed solder joints and I saw the fish again. These lights were installed during the week and only in the evenings. A light bulb in a block of 4 has already burned out.
