Review on ✈️ Aircraft Tie Down Anchoring System Kit: Lightweight & Strong 19-Piece Set by Sam Sergio

Revainrating 5 out of 5

In my humble opinion the best mobile screed on the market!

Remove those tax locks and buckle up for a long run. This is going to be longer than the topic, but I want to make sure everyone understands why I like them so much. I bought these as a temporary fixing solution in my grassy parking lot while waiting for the ground to soften a little so I could dig it up and fill it with cement. Then I wanted to keep them as my travel kit so I could tie them up nice and neat no matter where I go. If you're like me, chances are you haven't been very impressed with any of the portable cable ties currently on the market. There are countless videos of people pulling them out of the ground with much less weight than their rated load, and most of them fail at less than 500 pounds. I think it's pretty easy to conclude that even three of them won't discourage your investment. When they arrived I noticed the very solid build quality of everything that was included. The pegs are very thick and strong, and the metal of the zip ties themselves appear to be very strong. The rope has a high tensile strength and everything seems to be able to withstand a lot of force and UV radiation. The hammer looks and feels like something you would only buy in a department store with its colors and name; it's pretty cool and it gets the job done. Her videos have shown him to be fairly solid to the ground up to 2,000 pounds. The video shows around 4,000 pounds at the moment the device lifts off the ground, but I define fault as when the product begins to show physical signs of damage or begins to be pulled from the ground. For the sake of simplicity, let's assume the working load is 1500 pounds with no damage or risk of lifting off the ground. The kit comes with three, giving you 4,500 pounds of safe holding power! If you want to consider the absolute number of failure points, it's three of those at £4,000, which is £12,000. I could not find such numbers for any of the other viable solutions. And as the saying goes: the proof of the pudding is in the eating. For the past few weeks we've had very strong winds with tons of clear sky turbulence. Most days the wind was over 30 knots and the worst we had was gusts up to 45 knots. This wind blew on the plane from all sides and there was nothing to disturb or slow down the wind. Not the best weather for flying but perfect for trying out these bindings while we head to the airport to see how things work. I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. The plane didn't move an inch, and the pins didn't have to be re-hammered in to secure it. I thought they threw away some but they are still rock solid. This system is far better than the heavy 6 sandbag on top tires I've been using for a while and I no longer flinch every time a strong wind blows. I was going to put on some cement as mentioned above but I think I'll just buy a second set and keep them forever! They're a bit tricky to get off the ground once you've hammered them well, but not impossible (which is good, show him how to hold on). Great product and I would highly recommend them, they took the hassle out of my plane which was outside in a strong storm.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • I don't like a thing about it, it's alright
