I previously wrote a 1 star review. In this review I said that I have no problems with the seller. I would like to add that I think the seller is excellent and cares about his product and customers. The real problem is that I really haven't researched enough on how cell phone boosters work. The first thing to do is find out what bands your ISP uses. This is easy if you follow the seller's instructions before purchasing the device. I did not do it. Instead, I relied on other reviews and took a chance. In all likelihood, the positive reviews are from people who did their research before purchasing. I have TMobile. In my area they use the 66 brand. By all accounts they only use that range in metropolitan areas. Not correct! Secondly, this device works quite well in the early morning and works a little during the day. Why, because it supports a range of 4. I found that 66 is a subset of 4, DAH. Anyway, now you have my 2 cents.
