I installed in several places where the service was unstable. There was absolutely no effect. Turning it on and off brought the same result. I used a cell tower tracking app so I can see the signal strength. There was no difference anywhere. I noticed that when I unplugged the antenna, all of the green lights that were supposed to show signal strength stayed green and didn't turn red. I understand that the box does not work. Well it's being returned and I wasted a few hours of my life.

Working in a factory with absolutely no cellular signal. I put that in and now I always have four or five bars. The data is fast enough. I installed the antenna on the roof and aimed it at the nearest tower. The instructions are terrible, all that was needed to place the components. Pots on the device for different bandwidths are key for this to work well. There is absolutely no setup information in the book or on their website. Trial and error worked for me. Prior to the installation, I was unable to make or receive calls or receive data (web browsers, YouTube, etc.) in any of the buildings. I've done all the research suggested by the manufacturers. Cell tower direction, range, signal strength. This device should have been successful, unfortunately it is not.
