Review on Inov-8 Men's F-Lite 235 Functional Training Shoes by Raysean Forth

I bought Inov-8 Men's F-Lite 235 V3. They fit well. very tight fit which is good for me. Good support for metcon reps like power snatches, pushes and jerks while also working well for doing all the things in between like paddling, running, box jumping, burpees. Speaking for me, no running shoes for long distances. Feels good at 200-400m, not so good at longer distances. Besides that, I'm one of those people with a big body.
