This pillow has changed the way I sleep. I've been looking for a few handy options ever since my old favorite bit the dust. This pillow is so versatile, I always find a comfortable way to sleep. It's filled with small pieces of foam, so it acts like a down pillow, only it stays softer and doesn't shrink as much, which I like. Its length is enough to put on your knee or squeeze between your legs. The curve at the top encloses the head and forms a very comfortable cradle. Sometimes I sleep like the photo but sometimes I bend the long part into a U shape and it supports my head and arm no matter which way I turn. Sometimes I put another pillow (the Woosa King Memory Foam Bamboo pillow I use) on top of the U and I have a nice reading chair or raised sleeping place. The cover is very soft and comfortable, there is nothing to complain about with this pillow. I've noticed that sometimes you have to redistribute the foam. However, I don't see this as a disadvantage, because it is precisely the ability to freely distribute the foam along the tube that makes the pillow so versatile. Just remember that if you find it's too thin in any area, you can simply "fluff" it back to its original thickness. Good night!
