D&D Map for Best Games and Accessories

This Battle Grid map is pretty good. It comes along with dry erase markers and an eraser in a sturdy, rolled up and secure tube. It also includes four pieces of plastic that you place on top of the card. I assume you will straighten them so you can play them. It is double sided, one side is white and the other has a sandy finish. The markers draw well enough, but are VERY easily erased. Even a sheet of paper touching the footprints would erase the footprints for example, so I'd probably make a dungeon map or something and leave it there for a few days if possible so the footprints stay on it a little longer. Otherwise, you'll have to mark on the map when your tokens or miniatures hit the map and erase something. it's a bit troublesome. It doesn't really serve the purpose I wanted because it rubs off too easily. The surface itself is durable and water-resistant and generally playable. It flexed a bit when my cat walked over it while lying on the bed because it's a large surface so I needed a large space to draw on it. but it's normal. However, I would suggest flattening it rather than holding it in a tube as twisting is very annoying. The rolling tube can be used to store minis, dice or anything else, it's a pretty durable tube. Overall I would rate this an 8/10 based on the things previously mentioned. One of the markers I received doesn't mark as well as the others, but I usually only use black anyway, so it doesn't matter. Really good for chilled out D&D play and suitable for all ages.
