Even after reading reviews that the installation was spotty and customer service was hard to come by, I ordered it because of the possible value that others were getting from it. The device now saves me about 45 minutes a week to keep the level in the sump for EXACTLY my delicate protein skimmer. Now it's saved in such a way that even this crazy skimmer works great. Yes it didn't work, but the customer support via Facebook chat was way better than I expected. The replacement device arrived and worked great. Minus: Received without a backlight on the main device, no functions and no sound.
