I've been using this ATO for a little over 6 weeks and so far it has met all my expectations. The pump easily pumps water about 5 feet from my tank to the top of the tank (I have an AIO). The instructions were clear. But it's not clear. Tried to make it work. But the guide is terrible, some of the videos you'll find here from users are at least helpful. In the end it just doesn't work right. I have tried setting the low water mark by pressing the buttons until I hear three beeps and each time it overflows my back of my AIO tank. I'm not sure how many people support them, but that person wasn't in the office when I first tried. The non-working ATO was a minor inconvenience, so the delay isn't a cause for concern.
