Tried to make it work. But the guide is terrible, some of the videos you'll find here from users are at least helpful. In the end it just doesn't work right. I have tried setting the low water mark by pressing the buttons until I hear three beeps and each time it overflows my back of my AIO tank. I've tried pausing the alarm, but it just won't fill up until you stop the pause. The search for a viable ATO system is going crazy. I'll try to find one that works after this error. Update: 1/21/21 Decided to give it another try with my second new 20 gallon tank and it seems to be working fine. Still a bit crowded, but it works. I removed the black cap so it can feel the waterline and it works fine. The rating has been changed from the previous 2 stars to 4. However, he would not work with my 20 gallon water box.
