I really wanted this product to like the range of features it offers. A few days after the installation everything was working fine. By the way, the paper instructions are confusing and don't flow properly. Every morning the alarm starts working even if the water level is normal. I've tried cleaning the module, moving the module, and reinstalling the module. Contacted support twice. When I finally get an answer I have to repeat the issue and the exchange ends with the question "Have you tried our online support resources?". The rating for the fail-safe concept received an additional star. Nothing more. I wish I would return it. On my last support attempt I even tried not to return the product. useless.
