Review on FZone Smart ATO Aquarium Auto Top Off Water Refiller System with Triple Sensors and Intelligent SPT Algorithm by Marci Estrada

*Upgrade* from 1 star to 4. I was able to contact support via Facebook messages and the service was immediate and seems to have solved my problem for now. I'm not sure how many people support them, but that person wasn't in the office when I first tried. The non-working ATO was a minor inconvenience, so the delay isn't a cause for concern. I will update the information if there are any changes, but as of 08/05/2020 the product is working as intended. FZONE ATO was easy to install and worked flawlessly for a few weeks. But things have gone downhill since then. Now I get alarms (an endless beep) every 2-6 hours for no reason. The water level is normal, the pump is running etc. just an alarm clock. I tried to find some customer service information in the manual but it doesn't exist. After some research I found the company's email, phone and FB page. I didn't get an answer to my question. So no support.
