I have had this unit since November and I have been impressed but not for long. I've always made sure I have enough water in my stash so the pump never runs dry. The control board has always been difficult to set up, but once done it was stable until a water change when the sumo had too much or a little less water. You would have to reset the water level and that was pretty awkward and finicky. Less than two months later the pump failed and that was the end of the story. This block can be good for backups, but is not recommended as a primary block.
