This document saved me. I needed a docking station for my laptop but couldn't find a good USB A docking station anywhere. After some research I found these by accident and decided to give them a try. It was the best purchase I've ever made. I installed the software and connected the dock and everything has been working fine ever since. I haven't had any problems with it and it's been almost a month since I started using it.
