There seems to be 2 models people are reviewing. One model has both mirrors lighting and 10x magnifier and another probably older model only has 1 light and 7x magnifier.I bought the 10x model. It is difficult opening the bottom part of the mirror and the battery compartment which on this model is underneath the bottom and one large disc you need to tur opposed to the other model which is apparently on the top portion of the bottom section with 2 separate battery compartments which appears to be easier to open according to pictures in the reviews.The 10x magnifier is great. The problem I have is with the regular mirror. It’s too small to get a full view of your face. And overall it is short so you either have to hold it up or put it on top of something to raise it higher (even with it extended).I will use it for travel just because it’s compact and light so I will make it work for me.
