Review on NetReputation by Ron Josey

I am able do manage my information across multiple platforms including Facebook & Twitter with this software (which is great). The customer service team has been very good at responding quickly when problems arise or questions are asked about how something can work better for me - they always respond in 24 hours which means it's not too late if you need help during business hrs!! There really isn't much that i don' like so far but nothing specific either just everything happens automatically without having an option as there should be sometimes especially since all social media sites have their own privacy settings etc.. It helps keep up what people say/share publicly by showing updates from other users who may also know them personally vs using Google Alerts where everyone would see any search results returned no matter whether true OR false info was shared.
