This toy has every chance of becoming an ideal toy. I bought it for my 9 month old granddaughter who is good at crawling. We set it to this setting, turned it on and everything worked! The music was fun (not too loud with the volume knob), the lights were fun but not intrusive. At first we thought he was moving too fast that she would never catch him, but we were wrong - she kept laughing while chasing him! Then she caught it and went straight for the bee! Just like the description says, she started spinning in circles, then she dropped the bee and raised a cloud! That's the problem. Obviously a 9 month old baby can't figure out how to put down a cloud and pick up a bee and put it back on the cloud to make it work again which meant we had to chase it down and pick it up again to make it fly. ..every time the bee left the cloud, and since it was her goal, it was almost a constant task! We thought she would get tired of chasing him, but at first we got bored! So if you're ready to exercise, this toy is for you! Otherwise, as fun as it is (or could be), I really wouldn't recommend it. Bothers me.
