I recently started jogging and found that my legs rub in normal underwear and cause uncomfortable discomfort after running long distances. This product has eased that pain. It's comfortable and breathable underwear, similar to spandex(?). They sit comfortably, although I wish the lower legs were a little tighter, but only slightly. I would also like to point out that as with all water repellent fabrics, this creates quite a bit of perspiration on the outside of the product. If you're used to wicking cotton, you'll be surprised (like me) when you switch to a wicking fabric at how much sweat rolls off you. Nevertheless, I prefer them to any other underwear when training.
