Item arrived in good condition. The DVD players were well protected in the packaging and the screens and other accessories were not damaged. Opening the battery was enough to watch part of a movie and allowed me to test all functions before fully charging the battery. Picture quality was decent for the small 10.5-inch screen, and volume was good. Both DVD screens worked fine. My kids can watch 2 different movies at the same time and we also mirrored a DVD screen to make sure it works well. I connected an auxiliary cable between the DVD player and the car and was able to play the audio directly through the car speakers. Depending on the location of your cigarette lighter (auxiliary 12V socket) you may need a longer cable if you hide the cables under the seat covers (leather) and then hide the remaining cables under the front seats to get to the dashboard. If you don't care or don't want to do all that work to make it look like a professional install, then a car power cord will do. There are several other charging options, including UK and US outlets, which are helpful if you're traveling with DVD players. It includes 2 remote controls, 1 for each DVD player. One remote can control both DVD players (just point directly at the one you want to control). Fitting the DVD player to the front seat headrest was easy and 2 options were included. The brackets worked, but the DVD player was sticking out too far from the back of the front seat headrest. This disturbs the DVD somewhat and can damage it when getting into the car. I secured it with the straps provided and attached it to the headrest connectors and it looked very thoughtful and secure. I will definitely recommend this DVD player. The quality is very good for the price and very functional. Time will tell how long the battery lasts and hopefully I can use it for many years. Comes with 1 year warranty
