For reference, I had trouble finding the exact car adapter I needed. There are so many options and I made sure to choose the right one to make sure it worked and didn't short out or cause problems with my pump. Transport case (the pump is usually provided by insurance companies). The cable is long enough to use the pump in any position in the front seat - driver or passenger. Not sure if it goes all the way to the back seat - of course it depends on the size of your car. I found that the performance was a bit lower than using a plug in the wall. Maybe it's the machine - I used it on an old machine. There was enough power to pump milk easily and I just set the pump level a little higher than normal. The power level was kept constant throughout the 20 minutes that I was pumping. It's just as effective as an outlet. A must-have for pumping on the go.
