Cups are way better than dividers

I've always had problems with divider drawers. The advantage is that you can change the size of the compartments; However, I can't prevent the small screws and connectors from getting under the floor. This hardware case does it for me. It's new, so I can't comment on durability. I think I'll have a better idea after dropping it a few times.
