I like that this is very easy to use. It's intuitive, and when you first start using it you're able to get straight into making changes. You don't have to learn anything new to make changes. There are lots of different options that can be used within the system - from minor changes all the way up to major overhauls. The interface isn't fully responsive, but there are ways to make it so. If you need a simple tool for your small business, this will do the job. We've been able to cut down on our error rate by around 50%. This has made us more efficient as well as being able to see what we're doing better.
