Not Android 10.0 for car electronics

Actually Android 10 is NOT working when you go to settings (oh) it says Android 10.0 version but when you go to storage and click system it tells you which one operating system is actually running . This is Android 8.1.0 which as it says the radio itself works. There is no problem, only when Android 8.1 is no longer supported by Android, it is not possible to update the system to the new operating system, so you cannot update any apps because the play store has stopped working.
