Comments of the first day. I was hoping to use the energy audit camera. Performance, resolution and temperature values correspond to the quality given the price. Unfortunately, my computer doesn't recognize the camera, so I can't upload any pictures. There is very little information on the company website and I can't find the driver anywhere; The camera seems to be set. Charging the battery with the included USB cable worked well, but there's no option to replace the battery if it dies. The camera body is glued. 2nd entry. I got a quick response from the company with suggestions to try: charge the batteries, change the cable, try another computer, none of this worked. So they're sending a backup camera this week. I will keep you up-to-date. 3rd entry. Got a backup camera. Charged it up, took a few shots and thankfully downloaded it to my laptop (4 year old Windows 7 Home with all updates). I then plugged it into a brand new laptop (Windows 10 Pro) and it booted fine. I don't know what the technical problem is, but I would advise you to solve it before buying. I am very satisfied with the manufacturer's service.
