Three weeks ago I bought a LimoStudio 10 x 12ft Heavy Duty Backdrop Support System. This is one of the most expensive background support systems you can find on Revain, but I wanted to make sure I didn't have any quality issues with the product in the future. Despite the high price, the system is too vulnerable. One of the tripod stands broke before the first use. In addition to the poor product quality, the supplier - KimOutlet - refused to find a fair solution to my problem. Long story short, I bought an item for $64.99 + shipping and I can't use it.
