We bought this stand to hold a projection screen for our garden. The screen weighs about 30 pounds and it worked great! We put weights on the floor just in case, but it was pretty strong!

I was really hoping this background would make a great addition to our studio. but as you can see it bends right in the middle of the stand. This is the first time I've used this stand straight out of the box. I am very disappointed with the quality, it came with scratches as if it had been used too. Keep in mind this isn't that good.

I bought this to display quilts at craft fairs which I've recently started. This frame extends 5 bars from the top (I used 3 for this purpose). A king size quilt and a double quilt hanging on the other side weigh about 35 pounds and they didn't even bend the top bar! I weighted down the widely spaced frame legs with sandbags for insurance. It was the most wonderful tool for my quilt shop. I will be buying another one in the near future and this will be the one I will be buying.
