This is a very reliable phone. It's heavier than my previous WiFi, but I see that as a plus. Easy and very comfortable to hold, easy to use, very precise buttons. and you CAN tuck it between your ear and shoulder (at least I can). Bought two and very satisfied. may purchase additional phones in the future. We don't care about waterproofing, but the quality really shows outside of the pool too. It's not as bright orange as it appears in photos online, but at the same time it doesn't "fit" in a desk accessory (a plus for our office).
