My son loved it for Christmas. He is very interactive and enjoyed playing with him. He was about 20 months old at the time. There are a lot of pieces and some of them had small pom poms that came off so I was a little worried about the choking hazard. The Velcro must fit perfectly, otherwise the pieces will not stick to the green background. There are only certain places where Velcro is present. Therefore, they must be some kind of target when placing objects on a tree. Also, it comes folded and never had any creases. I haven't really tried to remove the creases, but it seems like it's quite difficult. Overall it's fun and we can use it for a couple of years.
