Take my review with a grain of salt as I've only used it twice. Both times it was pre-gym, so I never tried to use any cognitive effects. The taste is a little worse than expected, but I also don't mix with the recommended amount of water. I take a sip of water and swallow. Works like a charm, works almost instantly, no niacin facial itch. All natural ingredients with low or no caffeine, I'm not at all nervous about this product. I've had an amazing workout both times I've used Discipline. The price is quite high, but to be honest, the same as other similar products.
