I have been riding with elbow pads and knee pads for about 3 months. They fit very well within the recommended size given in the table. In the last three months, however, they have weakened slightly. They don't fit as tightly as new ones. However, they still stay in place fairly well. The elbow pads slip a bit when riding on very uneven surfaces. This should be easy to fix by inserting a small dart into the webbing. The linings are comfortable to wear (at least as comfortable as additional clothing). Do not stick, do not rub, do not irritate. They stay pretty cool even when riding in hot weather. I rode in 85 degree heat last week and they were still fine. I actually tried them and they worked. I walked down a fairly easy hill with a sweeper underneath. Unfortunately there was a lot of gravel around the sweeper. The bike started to slide and I eventually landed on the ground. I developed a street rash on my exposed leg and a few bruises on my shoulder. However, the pads protected my knee and elbow. No scratch, no bruise. They worked fine. I recommend them.
