I have Paragon knee pads and I really like them so I decided to order Paragon elbow pads. They fit well but they are not comfortable for me. After about an hour of use, they cause a sharp, stabbing pain in the elbows from the pads. I tried changing the position of the pads to ease the pain but that didn't work either. I was looking for the lightest, coolest, most secure fitting elbow and knee pads I could find that also offered solid protection. I have been riding with elbow pads and knee pads for about 3 months. They fit very well within the recommended size given in the table. In the last three months, however, they have weakened slightly. They don't fit as tightly as new ones. However, they still stay in place fairly well. The elbow pads slip a bit when riding on very uneven surfaces. After receiving them and trying them on, they turned out to be too big. Granted, my measurements are on the small end of the large size range, but within the range listed.
