According to the size chart I took the average size but they were too big so I sent them back and received a small one. The little ones seemed to fit well, snug fitting and quite comfortable. However, once I wore them down on something slightly jarring (you know, those rocky trails you buy these things for), they just slipped down and landed on my wrists. They slip even faster in a shirt with long sleeves. I stopped wearing them after a few rides, they were already way too long (seriously less than a dozen rides).
