Coffee maker Wi-Fi issues

For some reason I can't connect to eero. I read that it's on 5GHz but even if we switch it to 2.4GHz it still doesn't connect. I was able to connect to another iPhone using Wi-Fi capabilities, but I'm very disappointed that it's not able to connect through the mesh network. Hope they fix it somehow.
