This drying rack is perfect for any carafe with a wide bottom and long mouth. This solves the problem of having a place for the carafe to dry whilst being held securely and away from anything that would normally be in a dish drying rack that could split or break it (especially crystal glass). Additionally, drying the carafe upside down means the bottom of the carafe doesn't leave a port wine stain that can develop over time.
