I have seen several reviews that say you have to pay a much higher price for original Dometic seals. I figured what the hell, even if they don't work I'm no worse off as my current seals have been leaking overnight. Ordered these and replaced my current 310 seals. As with the original Dometic, I coated the seals on the underside with some silicone grease. Did a flush and checked the next morning. Both toilets had running water. The seals are about a month old and are still holding water. At this point I can't say if they will last as long as the OEM but I have to think that with proper maintenance there is no reason they won't.
