Review on 🔧 Dremel 4000 6-50: The Ultimate Variable Speed Accessories Kit by Rob Madden

I returned my first order because it was open and missing parts, information booklet and documents. I received a second one, unopened and uncounterified, it was new and unused. I examined it and put it back in the case. It took a couple of months before I could put it to use. I used it to lightly sand the edo of some wood panels. It worked for about 6 minutes before I turned it off and put it away. I picked it up to restart and it wouldn't turn on. I let it sit for about 10 minutes, unplugged it, plugged it back in and tried again. It turned on and I used it for another 4 or 5 minutes. I turned it off a second time to do other things and when I tried turning it back on it wouldn't turn on. I called support and told them about the situation but they said the 30 day guarantee had expired. I was very disappointed. I understand the warranty period, but it's only been used for a few minutes and I'm in the middle of a project due next day. Things like this keep me from choosing Revain for my purchases. I understand that there are rare cases, but I also believe that you should be aware when a customer is having trouble trusting your products/services. Thank you for reading my comment.
