My experience with AUXITO's customer support left me feeling extremely frustrated and dissatisfied as a consumer. Their website was difficult to navigate, and the purchasing process was a source of much aggravation. After discovering that the product I ordered had been damaged in transit, I contacted the company's customer care department for assistance. However, the responses I received were unhelpful and disrespectful. It is very evident that AUXITO does not place a high priority on the requirements of their clientele, which is an unacceptable level of carelessness. As a life coach, I always recommend to my clients that they put their money and time into organizations that put a strong emphasis on providing outstanding customer service. Unfortunately, AUXITO does not fulfill these fundamental requirements, and as a result, I would advise avoiding doing business with them.
