Huge disappointment, especially for my kids who love mini golf. I bought this to satisfy her mini golf obsession and mostly to keep it away from the elements. It's on the shady side of my house and I always check in before inclement weather. In any case, it's difficult to keep indoors, the smell drives you crazy!(+): The layout and the quality of the lawn are excellent; much better than expected. It mimics a real putting green and offers a very predictable surface. The transition from the green to the rough/fairway is beautiful and realistic. (-): Smell is the biggest deterrent. It also smells like chemical rubber smell outside. I believe it's from the foam and not the grass itself. Durability is also questionable as the foam backing peels off after 3-4 months of light use and the edges curl up. The grass also shows some wear around the cup cutouts. Disappointing at the cost! I would not recommend this and would consider other options.
