It just arrived an hour ago. I'm struggling with a clogged drain that has gotten exponentially worse over the past few days to the point where I can't even wash my hands without the sink nearly overflowing. It literally took 3 seconds to slide this tool in a few inches. and pull it out with a huge tuft of hair snagging on it. I don't think I got it all (I could probably keep pushing it, but I was a little scared for a second that I wouldn't be able to pull it out because the fit was so tight and there was resistance when I pushed it in ), but now the sink drains perfectly! The only criticism is the packaging. They are tightly packed in a small ziplock bag and it took me longer to get them out without injuring myself than it did to unclog the drain. Maybe just take a slightly larger bag? I suppose I could just use scissors to open the pocket now that I realize I can't put it back in.
