This product is after 6 months (fitted late December 2019; replaced June 2020) with one very small remark (sudden rattling, then our dryer drum just stopped spinning) days apart later.) Since the symptoms of our problem weren't the same as when original Samsung parts failed (gradual increase in creaking), we thought something more serious might be going on. We disassembled our dryer and found that the rubber treads on two of the wheels had ripped to the point where they were laying on the floor of the dryer making lots of torn streaks. The strap also broke. I wish I could show a photo but we threw away all the items in total disappointment. The installation wasn't easy, but that's not due to the product, but to the installation of a part. I mention this because we took the time to replace a part that was very tedious and took hours on Saturday. We did this because we replaced the wheels, belt and spring on previous dryers. We did that too, because spare parts used to last for several years. Since we only had to repeat this process half a year later, the time investment seems like a waste of time.
