I really wish this stabilizer was as good as I thought it would be. Other than that I think the hardware is as capable as I thought it would be, but the problem is that you have to register the gimbal in the app and the latest firmware slows down that process. You cannot register it without updating the stabilizer, and once you update the stabilizer, the serial number will be erased. This issue is documented on their Facebook support pages and appears to have existed since mid-2020. Also, the inability to use the stabilizer without registering it on your phone and such makes its continued usefulness dependent on the app continuing to support it in the future.
