Review on 🏃 High-Performance Trail Running Shoes: La Sportiva Women's Bushido II by Ryan Will

I've wanted to buy La Sportiva trail running shoes for a long time, but I hesitated to buy them online because I heard they run small. I went to the La Sportiva website to read reviews and sizing info and adjusted as recommended. I usually wear a women's size 9 with a medium to medium fit. I ordered 9/10 and they fit perfectly! I just got them and despite the rain I decided to walk through my forest. The terrain is definitely technical, with gravel, rocks, roots, hills, wet leaves and pine needles, mud, puddles and some wet grass. I also had my very hyperactive Jack Russell Terrier on a leash with me and sometimes she was everywhere. The shoes turned out great! They are light and fit my feet well. Despite being below my ankles, they offer excellent support. I felt like I was slipping on the floor. Some hills had wet pine needles and I could run straight without clicking my toes or wiggling sideways. I walked through thick mud and didn't sink too much and my feet stayed dry. The only thing that stopped me was that I gasped or stopped a few times as the dog ran away from me. They are so comfortable I haven't taken them off yet. I wore slightly thick Smartwool socks and my feet didn't sweat or feel tight. I just got them and this is my first run. So if anything changes I will share an update. 5+ stars!
