I love that this is an all-inclusive tool so they can help with everything from scheduling jobs in between sales appointments or creating custom quote letters for their customers! The customer service has been stellar but some of my feedback was not addressed fully until recently when it took almost 2 months after requesting changes before we received any kind of answer back (some were approved). They had great software recommendations as well which helped me improve how i communicate pricing info through email templates/letters etc - also really liked having live chat available during business hours while working remotely helps keep communication up at times where emails are less likely get read quickly & responded too if needed right away.- sometimes hard button layout could be more intuitive since its used frequently throughout day job tasks like quoting clients work requests/jobs ect. We're solving problems related specifically around getting paid projects.
